We are an established appraisal firm servicing all of Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks and Lancaster Counties since 1994. We pride ourselves on being able to outperform any of our competitors with superior service, turn-around times, and open lines of communication. We are constantly monitoring the appraisal industry, lending industry, and computer/communications industries to stay as current and cutting edge as possible. All appraisals are either done by, or reviewed by, James Dougherty. As a result, quality control is guaranteed. We pride ourselves on sending out comprehensive appraisal reports that rarely need additional documentation such as additional comps or addendums. We recognize that we are not only the eyes and ears    of the underwriter but also an arm of the processor and loan officer. Therefore, one of our additional goals is to make their life easier through open lines of communication and competently written appraisals. Once an assignment is placed in our office, the processor or loan officer has the luxury of not having to think twice about it.
